1. Distortion Club 2024

Distortion festival is upon us. Time for the city to come alive with sweet, electronic music. We love it. As the sun sets on the Nørrebro street parties Thursday 30 May we continue the shenanigans with the official Distortion Club party at Culture Box, presenting one of the planet’s leading techno acts, Teenage Mutants – known from Drumcode and Tragedie. Friday 31 May Italy’s UNDERCATT [Diynamic / X] jets in to join the celebrations and headlines for the infamous Black Box crowd. Each floor sees an abundance of local talent in Aja Gulris, Anders HP, AELVA K, Christian Nielsen, FYNUTZU, Katz-K, KDNC and Tim Andresen. Let’s get this party started. Read more here.

2. Beats of Pride

Come along for BEATS OF PRIDE to kick off Pride Month in style Saturday 1 June. A celebration of love and diversity. Whether you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally showing your support – let’s celebrate! The amazing steamboi host Black Box with Fanni Fluid and Taralillah joining the first ever Speed Freaks. The DJs will be spinning techno, trance and fast-paced sounds through to the late morning. The dance floor in Red Box is hosted by Queerora Borealis and sees Mr.A from Finland, Quiche, Vedenemo and Ilmo delivering colourful sounds of disco and house music all night long. Happy Pride Month. 3. Running Rave 2024

It’s that time of the year again, where we come together to run two rounds in Fælledparken led by the magnificent DJ Rasmus Lützen on a fully equipped DJ bike. Yes! Smoke machine and all. He will serve us the best of electronic music to motivate us while we exercise. Save the date Wed 19 June and join us for a fun day in the park. 4. Culture Box Chillout 2024

On Friday 12 July Østre Anlæg is the beautiful setting for the free 1-day open air festival Culture Box Chillout 2024. Beautiful chilled sounds and soundscapes will be brought to you by Anders Ponsaing, Annælix, Bendix, Ena Cosovic, Rumpistol and Secret Sound Service (Live). There will be a bar to offer delicious beverages and a food truck to please your taste buds. When the sun sets, we continue the fun for the afterparty at Culture Box. 5. Culture Box at Hangaren 2024

We love good company, and when it comes to building an exciting scene for the electronic music community, we find ourselves in good company at Hangaren. It started during the Corona lockdown when the good folks at Hangaren offered their outdoor space to the city’s different venues to present their take on current electronic music. Every year since, we’ve done so, and this year is no different. Saturday 13 July we give you another round of Culture Box at Hangaren.
