Influenced by 90s rave flyers and pop art, my work also blends elements of the vaporwave subgenre and liminal spaces to evoke senses of nostalgia and melancholy. I often explore the intersection of classical architecture and early cyber-aesthetics, transforming them digitally.

Masterclass: Content creation

Join me at Culture Box for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the basics of content creation and VJ-ing. You’ll get the chance to explore different software, from image editing to experimenting with real-time effects, and discover tools and techniques to bring your creative ideas to life—or even beyond your imagination. All in the context of live performance.

Alex Rosado (20.00 – 21.00)
Alex Rosado is a multimedia artist and audiovisual producer that works in the transmedia intersection of digital, analog and interactive. He uses multiple elements like video, 2d, 3d graphics, sensors, lights, or multiple materials to create multi-sensorial experiences.

Masterclass: General concepts behind VJing

The introduction class will focus on the general concepts behind VJ and remix culture, narrative, generation of content, synesthesia, synchronization image–sound, available technologies, VJ setup and live performance with a quick hands-on exercise about VJ setup and VJ’ing techniques.
