Inland presents ‘Stream State’ and teams up with Jamaica Suk for a special all nighter in Black Box.

Inland has compiled and mixed ‘Stream State’, his biggest project yet, bringing together over 20 artists in a DJ-ready compilation of essential, wide-ranging techno and electronica on his label Counterchange. Complete with a DJ set by Inland himself, the project celebrates over 15 years behind the decks and cements his reputation not only as a deadly force in the DJ booth, but as a trusted selector and curator of modern electronic music.

Inland (real name Ed Davenport) is a British producer, DJ and founder of Counterchange Recordings based in Berlin. Known for his detailed and explorative techno, he’s released numerous EPs on his home label Counterchange which was set up in 2013, appeared on Ostgut Ton, Figure, Infrastructure and Nonplus, and released his debut LP on Ostgut Ton sub-label A-TON.

Claimed by Boiler Room as one of “Berlin’s best kept secrets,” Jamaica Suk has fused her jazz and metal roots from the Bay Area California into contemporary techno driving dance floor workouts across the globe. Postmodern forms of melodic storytelling and soul rise from the industrial drive of a workout in her evolving sets. Think percussive funk with hard dark rhythms.
