Red Bull Music returns to Culture Box with Najaaraq Vestbirk, aka Courtesy, the famous DJ from Denmark and label owner of Kulør. Pursuing and finding rare success solely as a DJ means she’s invested fully in her craft. Endless hours digging in the more overlooked sections of the world’s record shops while championing the newest music coming out of Copenhagen has resulted in a unique and thrilling sound. Her sets are as much for the head as they are the body – A place where fast, streamlined stompers sit alongside whip-crack electro and churning, wrongspeed EBM – held together by a common thread of smart and emotive melody. Gigs have now brought her to an endless list of clubs and festivals including Berghain, Concrete, Sonar and Dimensions Festival to name a few.

She’s joined in Black Box by her friends from Fast Forward Productions Sella Turcica and Rune Bagge known for tracks on Ectotherm and Northern Electronics. Red Box plays host to local legend and Multiplex label owner Steen Kong who plays the opening set. Up next is Mikkel Ulriksen, half part of the DJ duo Marc & Mikkel and the man behind International Sun-Earth Explorer. The final addition to the poster is B From E, famous for releases on CUP (Copenhagen Underground Posse), Tartelet Records and Traxx Underground.
