Get introduced to the world of live visuals in performing arts by Lau Lindqvist and Rune Abro (Hackstage) who will showcase various analog and digital gear and technics for performing.

The workshop will be divided into two rooms. One room will explore the analog approach to live visuals, which leads to a tactile and very direct, physical interaction with machines. The other room will explore the digital universe with its endless possibilities of transcending effects. Both approaches have their strengths and weaknesses and should be seen as different points on a spectrum rather than opposites.

Lau and Rune share a focus on live visuals as an essential part of a performance and look forward to take you into their world of knobs, cables, pads and controllers.
