We are looking for an empathic and dedicated person to join our Safer Space Crew. Your main focus will be to help maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere at our club events. You work closely together with our Security team and Night Managers on making sure everyone that enters the venue knows about and comply with our Attitude Code – our version of a Safer Space-policy.

You will either be working as a host at the main entrance, introducing the Attitude Code, the venue and lineup for the night to the guests upon arrival, or working on the floors, monitoring for inappropriate behaviour and being a source of support for anyone who needs it.

A typical shift will be from 10PM-6AM or Midnight-8am on a Friday or Saturday club event. Ideally you are open to take 1-4 shifts per month. Experience is welcomed, but not necessary as full training will be given.
